As far as how our new place is treating us, we're doing well! Work weeks keep us busy during the day and lazy at night while weekends keep me begging Mark to go out and explore whichever street seems to be having a festival : )
For now, we're just trying to establish our groove and find a day trip for Labor Day Weekend.

Thanks for the wine advice! Unfortunately, we have to go with what our venue is offering (as well as the prices) ...
If you hear anything about the Domaine Ste. Michelle, Brut champagne, please let me know. It's $31/bottle, beat only by Cook's which is $16/bottle. The Dom is at $290/bottle and we choked a bit on that price!
They also have some house wines (quite large bottles) that were priced moderately if I remember ... may end up going with those.
